My roof took a beating via the March hail storm and I began calling around for roofers. I have seen Barker ads on T.V and billboards and even the newspaper, so I called. I figured anyone who markets this much must be a stable company. The sales rep called me back the same day and was very nice and informative. He explained that he was also a licensed adjuster and could explain my insurance questions and handle any problems. I’m glad, because it turns out that my insurance company was cutting some corners on my estimate, and I wanted my roof back to the way it was, minimum. It took about a week to get my estimate back from the sales guy, but he sent it via email and I never had to meet him. His bid was very detailed and included some upgrades that he stated were Barker standards. (Ridge vent and lead pipe jacks and drip edge) I was impressed with that and went with the bid. He then contacted my insurance company and the next ting i knew, we were setting up for construction. The work was done in a day and half and the crew was all very nice. The sales rep visted multiple times and made some adjustments with the crew as they went. Overall, I am very happy with my roof and even more happy at the little amount of time I had to invest into the project myself.
